- By using the Service, you grant InitiateGen a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute User Inputs and Generated Names to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
- You represent that your User Inputs do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws.
InitiateGen owns all rights, title, and interest in the underlying AI models, algorithms, and Service technology, excluding User Content.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Generates names for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes, such as scams, phishing, or impersonation.
